• Free shipping on purchases over 600 nis.

• If you order something under 600 nis you need to add 30 nis shipping fee

• The recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of Import Taxes, Duties, VAT, etc.

• All items are ready to ship in 1-2 business days after the payment is received.

• Within Israel we use a door-to-door courier that will arrive within 3-5 business days, you will receive a notification when he’s on his way.

• For deliveries abroad we use the Israel Postal Company, using registered mail service.
  You will get a tracking number, but if you live outside of Israel you can track it only inside Israel’s borders.

 

When to expect your order:

 

• Shipping within Israel: 3-5 working days approx.

• Shipping to USA: 2-3 weeks (or more due to customs\issues\delays)

• Shipping to anywhere else: up to 3 weeks (or more due to customs\issues\delays)

• We can use EMS service if you wish to get your order faster. Let us know before purchasing any item, in order for us to add the service fee.

• If after 30 days you did not receive your order, please contact us so we could solve the problem together.

• If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it up to 14 days after receiving it 

• please notify us of your intention to return within 3 days from receiving it. 

• You can return the item of your choice either by post office /courier from your coordinator or we will send our courier for an additional 30 nis.

• Please write full details on the package including a phone number so we can get back to you. Please send us the invoice back

• Once your returned product has arrived and been assessed as being in a satisfactory condition for return, with original tags and receipt, we will process your refund. 

• If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately. If we see right, we will pay for the return shipping. In that case, you will get to choose whether to replace it or get a refund. Refunds in this case are excluding the first shipping fee.
