Within Israel we use a door-to-door courier that will arrive within 3-5 business days, you will receive a notification when he’s on his way.

You will get a tracking number, but if you live outside of Israel you can track it only inside Israel’s borders.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it up to 14 days after receiving it

You can return the item of your choice either by post office /courier from your coordinator or we will send our courier for an additional 30 nis.

Once your returned product has arrived and been assessed as being in a satisfactory condition for return, with original tags and receipt, we will process your refund.

If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately. If we see right, we will pay for the return shipping. In that case, you will get to choose whether to replace it or get a refund. Refunds in this case are excluding the first shipping fee.
