• Free shipping on purchases over 600 nis.

• There is a delivery charge of 30 nis for orders under 600 nis 

• All items are ready to ship in 1-2 business days after the payment is received.

• Within Israel we use a door-to-door courier that will arrive within 3-5 business days, you will receive a notification when he’s on his way.

• For deliveries abroad we use the Israel Postal Company, using registered mail service. You will get a tracking number that only tracks it inside the Israel’s borders. International orders take 2-3 weeks to deliver. 

• The recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of Import Taxes, Duties, VAT, etc.

• If after 30 days you did not receive your order, please contact us so we could solve the problem together

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it up to 14 days after receiving it (please notify us on your intention to return within three days from receiving it). We recommend using a trackable delivery service. You can also drop the item off by yourself at the store. In addition, there is an option that we send you our courier to pick the package up from your home for an additional cost of 30 nis.
