All items are ready to ship in 1-2 business days after the payment is received.

Within Israel we use a door-to-door courier that will arrive within 3-5 business days, you will receive a notification when he’s on his way.

• If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it up to 14 days after receiving it (please notify us on your intention to return within three days from receiving it). We recommend using a trackable delivery service. Once your returned product has arrived and been assessed as being in a satisfactory condition for return, with original tags and receipt, we will process your refund. The refund is for the original payment excluding the shipping fees to both ways and a 5% credit card transaction charge (Paypal payments will not pay for the credit card transaction charge).

• If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately. If we see right, we will pay for the return shipping. In that case, you will get to choose whether to replace it or get a refund. Refunds in this case are excluding the first shipping fee.
