      You will get a tracking number, but if you live outside of Israel you can track it only inside Israel’s borders.

      When to expect your order:

       

    • Shipping within Israel: 4-7 working days aprox.
    • Shipping to USA: 2-3 weeks (or more due to customs\issues\delays)
    • Shipping to anywhere else: up to 3 weeks (or more due to customs\issues\delays)
    • We can use EMS service if you wish to get your order faster. Let us know before purchasing any item, in order for us to add the service fee.
    • If after 30 days you did not receive your order, please contact us so we could solve the problem together.

      • If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it up to 14 days after receiving it (please notify us on your intention to return within three days from receiving it). We recommend using a trackable delivery service. Once your returned product has arrived and been assessed as being in a satisfactory condition for return, with original tags and receipt, we will process your refund. The refund is for the original payment excluding the shipping fees to both ways and a 5% credit card transaction charge (Paypal payments will not pay for the credit card transaction charge).

      • If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately. If we see right, we will pay for the return shipping. In that case, you will get to choose whether to replace it or get a refund. Refunds in this case are excluding the first shipping fee.
